[KYLIN-2901] Update correct cardinality for empty table

Description

1. Load KYLIN_CAL_DT table from 'Load Hive Table Metadata From Tree' screen.
2. Delete data using 'truncate table KYLIN_CAL_DT' command.
3. Query 'Cardinality' data from 'Data Source' screen.

The Cardinality value is always the same after clicked 'reload table' button . The right result should be blank.
