Description

After I refresh the insight page, I click "Add Project" button, the new project pop-up page is not showing.

web browser : chrome 49.0.2623.75, firefox 46.0

The reproducible steps are as follows:
1.Go to the Insight page.
2.Use F5 to refresh this page.
3.Click "Add Project" button.(Not "Manage Project" button)

There is a "GET http://10.43.159.142:7070/kylin/project.html 404 (Not Found)" error in the browser console.
