Description
In recent builds, we see `SaslSslAdminClientIntegrationTest` taking about 30 minutes of the total build time. The base `AdminClientIntegrationTest` takes only 4. We should probably understand why this is taking so much longer, and in any case, we probably do not need to inherit all of the test cases from `AdminClientIntegrationTest`.
