Some methods in StreamThread have little or no coverage.
In particular:
maybeUpdateStandbyTasks has little to no coverage
Committing of StandbyTasks in commitAll
maybePunctuate
commitOne - no tests for exceptions
{{unAssignChangeLogPartitions} - no tests for exceptions
addStreamsTask - no tests for exceptions
runLoop
