Description

Extend default page logic in PortalSite component to allow specification of sub folder to locate default page for requested folder. Existing PSML support in PageManager implementation may need to be extended as well, but the <default-page> tag in folder.metadata and Castor XML mapping should be able to capture folder as well as page names.
