ive been working on this for a while without a jira issue
basic requirement to replicate the J1 DB browser portlet as a standard jsr168 portlet
its already surpassing j1 in some ways, but is still lacking the features to navigate
to other pages or tabs when clicking on row or table links as in j1
the portlet has been separated into a base class BrowserPortlet, and subclass DatabaseBrowserPortlet
The BrowserPortlet is also used for API-style browsers such as user, role and group management, or as a foundation for a CMS hierarchial viewer
