The jdorienhance goal was never updated for the new bundled jar file of enhanced classes process. It needs serious work. As an interim measure, the build now calls the enhance goal instead.

Description	If you run "maven build" only creates the jar file of enhanced classes for the current setting of jdo.tck.configuration selected in project properties, whereas the goal enhance creates both jar files (applicationidentity.jar and datastoreidentity.jar). I think that the build goal should be at least as thorough as the enhance goal.	The jdorienhance goal was never updated for the new bundled jar file of enhanced classes process. It needs serious work. As an interim measure, the build now calls the enhance goal instead.

This issue was resolved for tck20 with svn commit: r161138. It doesn't apply to tck11 because only datastore identity is supported there. Now both jdorienhance and enhance build two jar files, one for each identity type.
