In order to provide complete documentation for a test run, we should copy relevant configuration files to the logs directory.
These are the files that should be copied:
tck20/build.properties
tck20/project.properties
tck20/maven.xml
tck20//project.xml
tck20/src/conf/iut-pmf.properties
tck20/src/conf/jdori-pmf.properties

I think we also need to recursively dump the directories src/orm, src/jdo, and src/conf into the log directory.

The patch creates a directory called congfiguration under the timestamped log directory and copies all the configuration files into that directory.
