This issue duplicates:

JCR-320 BinaryValue equals fails for two objects with two different byte arrays that contain the same bytes.

Perhaps i am misunderstanding the semantics, but it appears when a BinaryValue is referring to a byte array, the equals method fails unless the two byte arrays are the same ==. I believe this is not the intent. This patch fixes this.
