now our root pom is james/project/pom.xml (org.apache.james:james-project).
It overrides the central repository with the apache ibiblio-rsynch one and also define the apache-snapshots repository.
mime4j and jspf have been updated to include in repos/third-party-m1 every jar not available on the above repositories.
Other projects still declare "ibiblio" between their repositories, and some of them still uses the people.apache.org/~bago/something repository (james for the patched jars).
