We already have something in here:
http://wiki.apache.org/james/JamesV2

But imo we should include it in the official documentation to allow for simpler 2.3.0 upgrades.

I add an UPGRADE.txt file and a website to trunk. I will backport this to 2.3 If everybody is fine with it.

Closing issue fixed in released version.
