Major Description
We would not like to use [revision] in the name of our ivy files and artifacts within our repository. When checkmodified is true on our resolver, we would like ivy to check to see if the ivy file timestamp has been updated. If it has been updated, ivy downloads and checks the revision within the ivy file. If the revision has been updated compared to what is in the cache, ivy then also downloads the artifact.
