Description

For the moment the default configuration only defines an ivyrep resolver and uses it as the default resolver. This is nice for simple cases but many users need:

• the ability to add jars or ivy files in a local or shared directory to complete files lacking on ivyrep/ibiblio
• the ability to have a local repository where modules can be published safely during development of multi projects

The idea to solve this issue is to change the default configuration by providing an easy to modify configuration with such features, but not breaking the current default configuration for users of previous ivy versions.
