Description

The ivy deliver tasks replaces dynamic dependency revisions with static revision numbers. In build environments where all ivy repositories are strictly controlled, developers may wish to turn this feature off. Perhaps this could be implemented by adding a new attribute to the ivy develiver and publish tasks.
