Major Description
[x] rename demo-springboot -> demo-wicket
[x] create docker image via CI
[ ] switch vaadin packaging build to 'production'
[ ] is there a way for the vaadin viewer to keep npn stuff local to the viewer's module such that consuming application modules don't require to fetch all the npn modules again, (ideally: don't require devs to have node.js installed locally)
