At this time we have two JIRA accounts in place.

sebor (Martin Sebor)
hbuelow (Heidi Buelow)

Both of us should be administrators. If only one can be, it should be Heidi.

1) So need to create stdcxx project, put it in incubator category, create a stdcxx-developers group, and add sebor and hbuelow to that.

2) The administrators question is a bit more complicated in that we seem to have different styles of managing that and I'll need to figure out why the differences, and which applies here.

Jira project created. Group created. Heidi made lead for the project. Placed in the Incubator category.

It seems that the common style in our Jira is for all developers to have administrative rights to the project in Jira. I've gone with this style, so both Heidi and Martin have admin rights to the project, and any developers that are added.

We can change to a style in which there are separate developers and admins if required.

Please close if this is satisfactory.

I'm following the directions on the page below to add components to the project but I'm having trouble getting to the Project Component Management Area. Should I be able to see the Administration link on my dashboard (I don't)?

My fault, I left it on the old default notification configuration and not the new one I'd created for STDCXX's use.

Should be good now. On the main Project page for stdcxx, you should have a link to 'Administer this project'.

It's there now, thanks!

Completed tasks should be closed, not left resolved.
