Please provide the *jira* accounts. There is no "ate" account in jira.

all steps besides adding accounts to the portals-bridges-developers group should be done now. "adouma" is currently the only user in that group.

Leo, thanks for setting this up.
My JIRA account indeed is adouma (created before I became Apache Committer 'ate').
Not sure if account names can be changed in JIRA but if so, I'd certainly like to
have it renamed to ate (but that probably requires a different request?).

I've already started on administrating the project.
One thing I noticed (while comparing the settings with the Jetspeed-2 project) is
that the mail notification hasn't been configured yet.
As the Portals Bridges mailist have been setup also, could you configure it to:
  bridges-dev@portals.apache.org

Also, when will the other accounts from the portals-bridges-developers be setup?

Regards, Ate

Ate, you cannot rename accounts in jira. You could create a new account yourself, then make the new account project lead. You'll need to file an issue to get that account added to the right jira groups.

Mail notification was set up while you were typing :-D

As to "when", well, it depends on when you guys provide a full list of jira account names (just comment on this issue), and then on when someone gets to it (we don't make promises about that :-D).

You might want to get the portals pmc chair (I think that's sgala) to request admin privs so he can do it for you.

If I would do so, can you "transfer" all entries/issues/comments etc. I've created the last year under "adouma" to this new account "ate"?
Nah... fat chance. I'll stick to my adouma account then (forever).

I think Santiago Gala (sgala) as well as David Sean Taylor (taylor) both have admin privs so we will handle it ourselves, thanks.

Hmm, don't see it yet on the Project administration page (while it is on the Jetspeed-2 page).
