What is the infrastructure action here? The desired content is in svn because it was imported along with Jetspeed-2. The project can reorganize itself by moving the content within its sub-tree, and the PMC Chair should have sufficient karma to adjust asf-mailer to match the change.

The issue is from April, and then there was no jetspeed repo under subversion. Now it is no longer needed. You can either close or assign it to me. I'd close it if I could find the option :-)
