    Description

      Add test coverage for webserver calls used by the impala debug webpage to make sure they return expected results and dont break/crash impalad.

      For webpages related to queries and their summary, we should make sure to cover behavior of those calls for different query types (DDL, DML, QUERY) and their state(Initialized, compiled, running, finished, exception)
