[HIVE-9494] compression information is not visible during Hive table decription

Description

we created a hive table by the name Public_employee with SEQ format. then we loaded snappy compressed SEQ data into the table. Just to inform you we are successfully retrieve the data using hive queries.

but When we tried to fetch the same information using below command

>hive - e "desc formatted Public_employee"

it's showing Compression format "No"
