Description

I noticed this with HBaseSerDe but it seems like with the latest release only the SERDEPROPERTIES get passed to the SerDes and not the TBLPROPERTIES which seems like a non-passive change and could affect existing consumers with custom serdes relying on TBLPROPERTIES.
