Description

Currently, we enable all available testing hooks (e.g. lineage, input/output) for all tests. This creates a huge amount of noise in the .q.out files, making it very difficult to read them and to review diffs in them.

To fix this, we should only selectively enable specific hooks for specific tests where the coverage is needed.

Undertaking this will necessitate a one-time hit for updating all existing .q.out files. Probably best to do together with HIVE-1040.
