[HIVE-1639] ExecDriver.addInputPaths() error if partition name contains a comma

Description

The ExecDriver.addInputPaths() calls FileInputFormat.addPaths(), which takes a comma-separated string representing a set of paths. If the path name of a input file contains a comma, this code throw an exception: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Can not create a Path from an empty string.

Instead of calling FileInputFormat.addPaths(), ExecDriver.addInputPaths should iterate all paths and call FileInputFormat.addInputPath.
