LLAP: Renaming query specific files on completion should wait for completion of threads in the daemon

    Description

      Post HIVE-14224 - there's a race where the AM could inform the daemon about query completion before local threads which were executing the query are still cleaning up.
      This can result in the file being moved early, and a new file being created - which is never moved.
