Description

apache-httpcomponents has had certain security issues (see HADOOP-12767) due to which upgrading to a newer dep version is recommended.

We've already upped the dep. version to 4.4 in other branches of hive as part of HIVE-9709, we should do so here as well if we are going to do a new update of 1.2.
