Description

Today only the ~vector.mapjoin.optimized hash table – which is a thin shell over MapJoinBytesTableContainer / HybridHashTableContainer and BytesBytesMutliHashMap – is Hybrid Grace capable.

Make the ~vector.mapjoin.fast hash table Hybrid Grace capable.
