DN should not support SPNEGO authenticator

    Description

      Currently HttpServer2 initializes SPNEGO authentication filter for all HttpServer instances. However, DNs are not supposed to initialize any SPNEGO authentication handler.

      The class needs to be refactor to support this use case.
