Description

    final String cacheDir = System.getProperty("test.cache.data",
        "build/test/cache");

results in
FileNotFoundException: build/test/cache/editsStoredParsed.xml (No such file or directory)
when test.cache.data is not set.
I can see this failing while running in Eclipse.
