Description

Set dfs.http.policy= HTTPS_ONLY. And try to access Datanode UI using http protocol.

http://DN:DN_HTTP_PORT

Expected behavior:
Datanode UI should get "Connection refused" Error like Namenode/Secondary namenode.
http://NN:NN_HTTP_PORT and http://SN:SN_HTTP_PORT

Actual behavior:
Datanode UI hangs.
