This is the current description.

$ hdfs dfsadmin -help setSpaceQuota
...
		Available storageTypes are
		- RAM_DISK
		- DISK
		- SSD
		- ARCHIVE

Actually, space quota doesn't support RAM_DISK and support PROVIDED. Looks like the document has a same bug.
