Description

There are some inaccurate descriptions in help descriptions about PlanCommand and ExecuteCommand of DiskBalancer.
For example, in ExecuteCommand help description, "Execute command runs a submits a plan for execution on the given data node" should be modify
modified to "Execute command runs a submitted plan for execution on the given data node".
