Description

This jira tracks disabling of some ozone tests in HDFS-11184. This is allows us to separate SCM and KSM into clean modules.

Disabled tests for time being are:

• testLocationsForSingleKey
• testLocationsForMultipleKeys
• testMultipleDataNodes
