Description

if you get the usage list of hdfs dfs it tells you of "-moveToLocal".

If you try to use the command, it tells you off "Option '-moveToLocal' is not implemented yet."

Either the command should be implemented, or it should be removed from the usage list, as it is not technically a command you can use, except in the special case of "I want my shell to print "not implemented yet""
