Failed here http://54.241.6.143/job/HBase-0.95/org.apache.hbase$hbase-server/776/testReport/junit/org.apache.hadoop.hbase.regionserver/TestSplitTransaction/testFailAfterPONR/

Failure is that mockito did not throw the expected exception:

I've not seen this before that I remember. Keeping open a while. Adding ns has destabilized our clean test runs. Working on restabilization.
