ERROR: com.google.protobuf.ServiceException: java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Call to sss-1/10.20.195.21:60000 failed because java.net.SocketTimeoutException: 60000 millis timeout while waiting for channel to be ready for read. ch : java.nio.channels.SocketChannel[connected local=/10.20.195.21:47282 remote=sss-1/10.20.195.21:60000]

Here is some help for this command:
Trigger the cluster balancer. Returns true if balancer ran and was able to
tell the region servers to unassign all the regions to balance  (the re-assignment itself is async).
Otherwise false (Will not run if regions in transition).
