    Description

      Apache9 turned up a list of currently ignored tests. At first blush, its fine to ignore some such as TestHTraceHooks and TestRegionsOnMaster but others could do with a review. This issue is about looking at list to make sure nothing important missed for hbase2 and that we for sure marked why a test was ignored with comment and that there is a follow-on to enable JIRA.
