Description

While drafting the announcement email for 1.1.3 I noticed some discrepancies between fixVersions in JIRA and what was in the git commit history. I did an audit and issue cleanup in JIRA for 1.1.3, so at least that release tag was corrected. This task is to go back and do the same for 1.1.1 and 1.1.2, and to both fix JIRA versions and update the CHANGES.txt file. Given our release style, 1.1.0 is a less obvious task, so leaving that version number be for now.
