Description

Now that we are push downstream folks to stay off of our private interfaces, we should provide a good example by doing the same with Hadoop.

Things to do in this umbrella

• We need a good way to check; manual inspection is untenable
• For anything where Hadoop isn't maintaining an isolated API (i.e. they include a non-org.apache.hadoop or jvm class), we should just rip things out
• For the rest we'll need to determine if we ask for upgrading things to LimitedPrivate(HBase) or Public
