Description

Branch-1 is broke since HBASE-12652 went in. TestAssignmentManager is failing. It took a while to figure but the short story is that TAM is all mocks with careful injection of answers to fake up AM states. On the new 'unmanaged' connections regime, the injections are not triggering as they used to.
