Description

Add a unit test that verify that the secondary read-replica is still able to read all the data even when the files on the primary are archived and the store file refresh is not executed.

basically is to have a test that verifies that the file-link logic is not removed.
(there are a couple of test that probably wants to do that.. but since they operate on small data they will never trigger the file-link reopen)
