    Description

      PolicyBasedChaosMonkey can be constructed with a collection of Policies, which in turn can be composed with one or more Actions. Expose PolicyBasedChaosMonkey via MonkeyFactory. Add support for parsing a supplied policy file (we have generic support for loading a properties file) into a PolicyBasedChaosMonkey instance.
