I've now integrated all the code and moved most of the documentation. All that remains is to decide what to do with the remaining README, NOTICE, etc. files in the modules/awt_swing_contribution directory. Patches/suggestions welcome.

Remaining files were deleted in ~~HARMONY-1069~~.
