It will probably be fixed in Xalan 2.7.1, so we should probably migrate to this version as soon as it's released.
The workaround for now is commenting out xalan-j_2.7.0/xalan.jar from deploy/jdk/jre/lib/boot/bootclasspath.properties.
Description
Netbeans fails to start on Harmony (both IBM and DRL VM) and displays the following error message:
An incompatible Xalan version has been detected on the IDE's classpath.
The IDE cannot start.
