Description

The test crashes in listen() function. An error code doesn't belong to the table of error codes.

To build the test:
$ cd classlib/trunk
$ ant -Dbuild.module=logging test

To run the test:
$ ../../drlvm/trunk/build/win_ia32_msvc_debug/deploy/jre/bin/java -Xint -cp depends/jars/junit_3.8.2/junit.jar\;modules/logging/bin/test\;build/test_support junit.textui.TestRunner org.apache.harmony.logging.tests.java.util.logging.SocketHandlerTest
