After a full run of the test suite, the following files/folders are left in the filesystem (this list might be incomplete):

giraph/giraph-core/_bsp
giraph/giraph-core/Unknown Job_bsp
giraph/giraph-hbase/.graph.csv.crc
giraph/giraph-hbase/graph.csv
~/ROOT
~/hbase.version
~/simple_graph

where giraph is Giraph's root folder and ~ is the user's home.
