Simplify vertex initialization

    Description

      Once we get rid of Hadoop RPC, there is little sense in having the user define Vertex#initialize() in the API. The only method that has to be implemented should be Vertex#putEdges(), and initialize(id, value, edges) can be defined in terms of that.
