Description

As a user, I can pass in a LuceneSerializer when creating an index through gfsh.

Acceptance:
A user can pass a LuceneSerializer as a parameter when creating a lucene index through gfsh. That serializer is called when entries are added to the region, and the results are what get stored in the lucene index.
