Description

For past releases we have essentially done a "source" release, i.e. pack everything found in svn trunk including a pre-built forrest binary jar file.

I still agree with what I proposed in that mail. I actually like Ross' suggestion too but only if we move towards better packaging/managing/releasing of plugins.

See recent dev discussion. For 0.8 we decided to just exclude some tools that are not ready and pack everything much the same as 0.7 release. For 0.9 we can try to improve.
