Plugins to provide default property values
The new forrest.properties.xml system enables plugins to expose properties to projects for configuration. However, at present every property needs to be present in a content object that uses a given plugin. This is too much overhead as, in most cases, the default will be sufficient.
Plugins should therefore provide a default.forrest.properties.xml that will provide default values. Thus a content object need only define a property if it wishes to change the default.
