Description

A plugin similar to o.a.f.p.input.Daisy should be created that enables Forrest sites to serve content created in Apache Lenya

Simple Forrest site that contains the pipelines and locationmap entries necessary to serve XHTML content from the Lenya default publication.

Patch to Lenya trunk needed to access raw content. This implementation is far from optimal, but it works for now :)

The forrest-lenya-20050828T234200.tar.bz2 (82 kb) is a sample site and not a plugin. We need a plugin for that. Joachim can you provide a plugin, otherwise I will setup one. If you do please add it to the whiteboard/plugins.

Regarding the lenya patch, we should create a pub especially for forrest. It can be based on the lenya default pub but should only contain one or two pages. This pub should go in the forrest svn. This way we can develop it over here.

I've created a whiteboard plugin from the sample site you provide in forrest-lenya-20050828T234200.tar.bz2

I've not added to the plugins descriptor file yet since I have not yet tested this against a Lenya repository and we need to decide what to do with the patch to Lenya itself. This means it must be manually installed with "ant local-deploy"

Thanks, for your contribution. Once our Lenya instance is up in the Lenya Zone we can start playing with this plugin within our own docs (starting with the Forrest Tuseday notes)
